I saved and exited the game and when I started playing it again, the option … The bar at the bottom from sims 4 is gone , i don't see my sims' head and can't do anything in game. I also can't close my game (then i have to turn off my laptop). I do see my sims moving etc but i just can't do anything. (my screen ain't frozen). You will understand when you see the picture.
