If I connect to Exchange Online using, say, the built in iPhone email app, or the built in Android app, there is no problem. Alerts come in, emails are viewable immediately. WebI've changed my profile photo on the Microsoft page. If I log into Outlook email on my MacBook the new photo shows there. But the old photo is still showing up on the Outlook apps on my iPhone and iPad. How do I get them to update? I've tried the "Reset account" option within the link but that didn't work.
