Just make sure the Minor diameter of the SHCS you are turning is bigger than the Major diameter of the new bolt you need. In fact, the customer drawing states the helicoil OD is required to be .310-.330, a whopping .020 allowable range, for acceptance of the Helicoil before insertion.
