WebI've waited sometimes an hour at the throne of wants before being summoned. I've heard pc is still reasonably active at most SM ranges, especially using the blue acolyte mod. For ps4/5, its been a bit hit or miss since ER release, it could probably still be done but sticking to a lower SM is more likely to find people.
